Vertical Balancing Machines
Vertical balancing machines are generally used for "disk-shaped rotors".
This includes flywheels, pulleys, fans, impellers, wheels, and tires. Typically, these parts do not have their own journals, so the balancer must be equipped with an arbor or adapter of some type to mount the part to the machine.
Many of these parts require static, or single-plane balancing,
but our vertical balancing machines come in one plane or two plane versions.
All models are available with a variety of instrumentation types and integral correction units, depending on the unbalance compensation method.

Single Plane Vertical balancing machines
Vertical Balancers
The vertical hard bearing rotating balancing machines come standard with our windows based touch screen operated measuring system. They are available up to 200kg in weight capacity. Specially designed spindle built for durability and performance. Corrections for the unbalance can be done right on the balancer such as drilling, milling or welding weights.
Vertical balancers are more part specific and designed to balance parts such as brake discs, brake drums, pulleys, pressure plates, fan rotors, torque converters and similar parts.

Most of our standard vertical balancers meet our customer’s needs but there are certain applications or part configurations that require special treatment. In those cases our engineers review the project and make recommendations. What we recommend is usually a modification of our standard balancers. Some applications may require a soft bearing suspension or a different correction system, or a self-driven requirement. If you have a special request, we will be glad to review and give you our best recommendations.
